1. Who we are
Legal entity name, registered address, contact email, and company or VAT number will be added before launch.
2. The service
Somnus provides a desktop agent and access to AI models through the Somnus gateway. Model output may be inaccurate and availability can change.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for account and key security. We may suspend accounts involved in abuse or prohibited activity.
4. Credit and payments
Prepaid credit, prices, taxes, refunds, and the EU withdrawal right for digital content will be covered in the final terms.
5. Acceptable use
Illegal content, spam, abuse, and violations of upstream model provider policies are prohibited.
6. Third-party software
Somnus is based on Hermes Agent and includes its MIT license and copyright notice.
7. Liability and changes
Liability, governing law, and how changes are communicated will be included in the final reviewed document.
